It’s time to find the love for our creepy friends, and paint homage to these delicate crawlers. Artist Marcus Vasquez will reveal his process for adding intricate details to unexpected surfaces, making your creature inspired artwork truly captivating. Sip on a glass of wine, savor delectable appetizers, and get ready for a web of creativity that will leave you buzzing with excitement! No prior art experience is required; we welcome participants of all skill levels. All materials are provided, along with tasty appetizers and one glass of beer or wine. Marcus Vasquez was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He received his BFA in painting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2018. He has exhibited work at several places including the Batesville Area Arts Council, Innovation Hub, and Argenta Public Library. Marcus has completed several public and private murals in Arkansas since 2019. He currently resides in North Little Rock where he continues his practice focusing on watercolor paintings.
