Crystal Bridges is organized under the laws of the state of Delaware. Donations are fully tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Georgia: A full and fair description of the charitable program of Crystal Bridges, as well as a financial statement or summary that is in compliance with the requirements of the Secretary of State will be provided upon request.

Maryland: Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis MD 21401, (410) 974-5534.

Mississippi: The official registration and financial information of Crystal Bridges may be obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State’s office by calling 1-888-236-6167. Registration by the Secretary of State does not imply endorsement.

New York: A person may obtain from Crystal Bridges or the Attorney General a copy of the last financial report filed by Crystal Bridges with the Attorney General, Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271.
