Join us in the Museum Store for a jewelry-making demonstration by our featured designer, Regenerous Designs!
Up-cycling designer Alyssa Bird of Regenerous Designs creates one-of-a-kind and versatile accessories. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Alyssa noticed one concerning aspect she had not anticipated: waste. Where others saw scraps of fabric that could not be used, she saw an opportunity to make a positive, fashionable impact.
Come watch Alyssa transform fabric remnants into unique pieces of jewelry, then browse our collection of her work and other spectacular artisan-made items.
Free, no ticket required. Drop in anytime from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Per the CDC’s updated guidelines, we are now requiring all guests ages 2 and up and staff to wear a face covering indoors and while attending outdoor programs, except while eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon entry for those who do not have one. Guests may remove their face covering to eat or drink, and will be socially distanced from guests not in their party.
