Take a break from your busyness to visit Crystal Bridges for a moment of mindfulness surrounded by the beauty of art and nature. This guided meditation includes optional vocal and movement practices to give you the tools you need to find mental, physical, and emotional wellness. Instructor Kalah Domer will lead this session outside on the lawn of the Frank Lloyd Wright Bachman-Wilson House.
Participants are asked to bring their own mat and practice social distancing of six feet for the safety of all attendees. This outdoor event takes place after museum hours, so restrooms will not be available.

Per the CDC’s updated guidelines, we are now requiring all guests ages 2 and up and staff to wear a face covering indoors and while attending outdoor programs, except while eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon entry for those who do not have one.
