Join us for an exploration of the connection between the history of Arkansas activism and our new exhibition Diego Rivera’s America.
Come meet Joshua Youngblood (he/him), rare books librarian and head of the Special Collections Instruction and Outreach Unit at the University of Arkansas, in the Contemporary Art Galleries for a discussion connecting Arkansas history with the life and work of Diego Rivera. Through primary source materials, Joshua will highlight the connection between the local activism of the 1930s and the global art and activism of Diego Rivera.
