Our Creative Wellness lecture on November 7, Making Meaning with Kelly Corrigan and Jennifer Wallace, invites us to build rich lives, strong communities, and a sense of hope.

Journal Workshop

This kit is created for craft newbies and combines the therapeutic benefits of stitching with a gentle call to put thoughts and feelings into words.
Meditative Mandalas

NOV 7, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Free, no tickets required
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use colorful string and simple patterns to create your own mandala-inspired artwork.
Natural Dyeing Workshop

NOV 7, 1 - 4 PM | $65 ($55/members)
In this workshop perfect for big groups, Bea will teach participants how to dye silk with plant materials like indigo, Osage wood, madder root, marigolds, and onion skin.
Needle Felting Workshop

NOV 8, 10 AM - 12 PM | $25 ($20/members)
In this workshop, Bea will teach participants how to needle felt tiny creatures and landscapes and engage in restorative play and daydreaming, giving your brain a safe, contained place to rest.
Indigo Dyeing Workshop

NOV 8, 1 - 4 PM | $45 ($40/members)
In this workshop, Bea will teach participants how to use the practice of shibori, an ancient Japanese resist dyeing technique, to dye cotton bandanas with a vibrant indigo.
