A relaxing evening of art, fun, and drinks—served with a twist!
Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at Crystal Bridges Library’s special collections! You’ll kick off your evening in the Garrison Lobby and learn how to make a specialty cocktail from our master mixologists, then head into the Library for a humorous survey of rare 18th- and 19th-century books about the feminine “virtues” of fashion, manners, and grace. This event is presented by Library staff with artist Danielle Hatch, whose work All The Soarings Of My Mind Begin In My Blood is on view in the museum’s Black Box through June 10.

Danielle Hatch is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the female body’s relationship to the built environment, notions of artificiality, and power structures through site-specific installations, sculptures, and performances. She has a BA in architecture from Wellesley College and an MFA in Spatial Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
