Led by artist and fashion designer Bryce Arroyos, learn the craft of embroidery and mending. Bring any pair of denim jeans or jacket, and Bryce will lead you through a variety of “western” inspired designs for embellishing your own denim so you can take home a one-of-a kind piece of your own.
Tickets are $55 ($44 for members), reserve your spot online or with Guest Services at (479) 657-2335 today. Registration includes all materials for the workshop.
Bryce Arroyos (he/him) is a self-taught Hispanic Fabric Artist from Fayetteville, Arkansas. He transforms overlooked clothing and fabrics into wearable pieces of art, deconstructing each item to create a blank canvas. His work explores themes of past eras of Americana History.
Arroyos’ notable achievements include a live durational exhibition at The Momentary titled “Waste Garden” and a debut collection at NWAFW 2022. He was an official selection at the Berlin and Milan Fashion Film Festivals in 2023. Currently, he is collaborating with Crystal Bridges for workshops and an artist studio takeover, while working on a large-scale collection
