Unleash your inner artist and enjoy a laid-back afternoon of artmaking and fun!
Led by local artist Kellie Lehr and inspired by patterns and colors, you’ll learn about Lehr’s studio techniques and process, create your own abstract painting, as well as discover artists within our collection who incorporate geometry and patterns into their work through the process of folding.
You’ll get step-by-step guidance on planning your painting, developing patterns, and working with colors in unique ways. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to unwind and create.

Kellie Lehr is a visual artist located in Fayetteville, AR. Lehr recently received her MFA from Lesley University College of Art + Design in Cambridge, MA, and holds a BSBA from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR. Her work has been included in numerous exhibitions throughout the US, including Manifest Gallery in Cincinnati; The Painting Center in NYC; 21C Museum Hotel in Bentonville, AR; the Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock, AR; Ft. Smith Regional Arts Museum, AR; and the Raizes Gallery in Cambridge, MA.
