Essential Info
Museum Parking
Complimentary parking close to the museum entrance is available on the upper and lower levels of the museum’s attached parking garage, called Museum Parking. ADA-accessible parking is available on the lower level of the garage. To access Museum Parking, follow the signs posted on Museum Way.
Drop-Offs
The museum’s main drive connects to a drop-off area at the museum’s ADA-accessible front entrance, located by Roxy Paine’s tree-like sculpture Yield. Cars and buses may stop here to load and unload passengers. No parking is allowed in this area.
Campus Parking
Additional parking is available free of charge in our Campus Parking complex, located on Museum Way across from the Amazeum. We encourage you to park in the Campus Parking garage and either walk to the museum via Orchard Trail or enjoy our complimentary shuttle service to the museum’s main entrance. Guests who are accessing Time Loop, the North Forest Trail, and other events or experiences in the North Forest experiences should also use Campus Parking.
Vertical clearance on the first floor of the Campus Parking garage is 8 feet, 4 inches tall, and the second through sixth floors have a clearance of 7 feet, 2 inches. Oversized vehicles (including RVs, trailers, and buses) that do not fit the clearance requirements should park in the gravel lot on Museum Way, or at Orchards Park across NE J Street. The gravel lot is closed to all other guest vehicles.
For guests parking in Campus Parking, shuttle service is available continuously during museum operating hours, arriving at Campus Parking roughly every 15 minutes.
Passengers are picked up at the shuttle stop in front of the garage and at the museum’s main entrance.
The trails and grounds of Crystal Bridges are a must-see part of the museum experience. More than five miles of trails wind through the museum’s 134-acre site, providing guests with access to the beautiful Ozark landscape.
Designed to spark the imagination, the trails help guests form connections to the land and its history, as well as enjoy outdoor artworks.
Crystal Bridges trails and grounds are open from sunrise to sunset and during museum hours.
As part of the museum’s ongoing expansion, each of the museum’s main galleries will undergo a transformation to help expand the stories we tell about American art. Some gallery spaces may be restricted while this happens. Pardon our mess as we make these transitions.
Learn more about the expansion and see up-to-date information about our galleries.
