Radio City—From the Shelton Hotel
Radio City Music Hall stands tall and in high contrast with the black shadows at street level in New York City. Alfred Stieglitz captured this view from the comfort of his home. Stieglitz and his wife and fellow artist, Georgia O’Keeffe, moved into the Shelton Hotel in 1925, the city’s tallest skyscraper during a period of rapid industrialization.
