Book Your Tour
Guided Group Tours are very popular. To secure a date that works for your group, we encourage you to schedule as far in advance as possible. Please note that late arrivals (more than 15 minutes late) may not be guaranteed a Guide. Guided Tours must be coordinated with the Group Tours Department a minimum of 14 days in advance. Guided Tours for groups are offered daily except Tuesdays. Explore tour options below and indicate your tour of choice when registering. Tours are $20 per guest.

Crystal Bridges Architecture
Explore the unique features of Moshe Safdie’s design and learn about the engineering challenges posed by the museum’s natural ravine setting.
This tour is indoors/outdoors, weather permitting.

Crystal Bridges Big Picture
A broad introduction to the museum’s three pillars — art, architecture, and nature. This tour includes indoor galleries and outdoor time on Walker Landing, offering a well-rounded overview of all Crystal Bridges has to offer.

Collection Highlights
An in-gallery tour featuring select works from the permanent collection. Possible highlights include Kindred Spirits by Asher B. Durand, Silver Upper White River by Maya Lin, and Blackwell’s Island by Edward Hopper.

Women in the Arts
Celebrate women artists represented in the permanent collection. This in-gallery tour may include artists such as Mary Cassatt, Amy Sherald, and Grandma Moses.

Art Trail: Sculpture and Nature
Enjoy a guided walk along our paved outdoor trails featuring sculptures, waterways, and native plants.

Heartland Whole Health Architecture
Explore the architecture and interior design of the Heartland Whole Health Institute building, designed by Marlon Blackwell Architects to support well-being and connection to the Ozarks landscape.
This tour is indoors/outdoors, 30 minutes long.

Learn how three renowned architecture firms — Marlon Blackwell Architects, Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects, and Safdie Architects — shaped the Crystal Bridges Campus for Art and Wellness.
This tour is entirely outdoors.

Frank Lloyd Wright House Tour
One-hour tours are offered five days per week (no tours Tuesday or Friday). These are indoor and outdoor experiences led by specially trained volunteer Tour Guides. Guided tours meet in the museum’s south lobby 10 minutes before the start time.
About Group Tours
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to schedule pre-set meals. A final count for the number of meals is required 14 days prior to the scheduled event so we can properly accommodate your group with delicious meals.

Tour Groups should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tour/meal time. If your group arrives earlier than scheduled, one of our attendants will help you connect with a member of the Group Tours staff.
In the event of a travel delay, groups should contact Crystal Bridges to inform the Group Tour staff as soon as possible. Crystal Bridges cannot guarantee Tour Guide availability for groups arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled tour time.
If traveling by motor coach, bus, or van (vehicles with a seating capacity greater than 15), please inform your driver to drop guests off at the main entrance. After all guests have disembarked the motor coach, the driver will need to park at Orchards Park, which is located directly across NE J Street from the museum entrance. The walk to the museum from Orchards Park, via our beautiful trails, is approximately 10 minutes.
If traveling by cars, simply park in the upper or lower parking areas located adjacent to the museum. If these lots are filled, you may park in the Additional Parking lot near NE J Street. There is a regular shuttle service between this lot and the main entrance to the museum. The parking garage offers accessible parking on the lower level.
