Your bus driver will drop you off at the main entrance shown in the map attached to your visit confirmation email
For guided experiences, please remain on the bus until a volunteer or museum educator arrives
For self-guided tours, please exit your bus in a single-file line and enter via the main entrance.
Restrooms are available in the Lower Lobby and are available for use before the visit begins.
Please advise them to remain in their meeting location, and a teacher can take small groups to the nearest restroom.
Lunch is typically scheduled immediately after their visit and served in the Commons.
If there are any exceptions, the schedule will reflect this.
While waiting for the educators to arrive, check the handout under the “groups” column.
If a group arrives with a different number of students than what is listed on the schedule, please still divide them into groups of approximately 20 students and notify the Museum Educator(s) leading the visit.
If a school group brings coolers for their lunches, please have them leave them resting against their assigned coatracks.
Yes! It will need to be worn on the front of their body to prevent backing into art works.
After parking the bus, drivers must walk around the roundabout to the Shuttle Stop located near the Plaza/the Amazeum. The shuttle will then transport them to the Crystal Bridges main entrance.
When they arrive at the museum, they may message/call their group for their location. Once located the SVA can escort them through the galleries to rejoin their group.
Radio traffic may be muted during visits by Museum Educators. It is important that chaperones or bus drivers contact their group leader directly for their location.
If needed, they may also be escorted to the Commons to wait for their group to return from the visit.
Reimbursement is typically paid out Net 30 from the time of submission. Reimbursement instructions will be sent to you via email after your visit is complete.
