Join us for Second Saturday: Book It! as we celebrate all things reading!

Create Family Story Zines at Drop-In Artmaking in Durand and Estes from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, or visit the Commons at 11:30 AM for an engaging look at archival materials and rare books with our Library and Archives team.

At 1:00 PM, join local bookstore Two Friends Books in the Commons for a book-inspired gallery talk that connects stories and artworks from the Museum’s permanent collection. You can also bring a well-loved book to our Book Swap and trade it for your next favorite read!

Looking for even more literary fun? Enjoy Story Time in the Galleries with Once Upon a Time Books at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 PM in Gallery 6, next to William Mason Brown’s Raspberries in a Wooded Landscape. Then, head to the ArtCart for a hands-on printmaking activity inspired by White Collar.

There’s something for every reader, maker, and art lover!
