Glass & Metalwork: Stained-Glass Style Mosaics
Acerca del evento
In this four‑week class, participants will create stained‑glass–style mosaics inspired by traditional quilt patterns featured in the special exhibition America 250: Common Threads. Exploring shared ideas of pattern, color, and storytelling, students will translate quilt designs into glass compositions.

Participants will learn to cut and arrange colored glass onto a glass support, develop balanced designs, and finish their work with grout to create a stained‑glass effect. The final project is a colorful window hanging designed to catch, reflect, and transform light. No prior glass experience is required.
Tickets are $167.25 ($139.38/members and adults 25 and under). Reserve your spot online or with Guest Experience at (479) 657-2335 today.
Class runs on Saturdays, July 11, 18, 25, & August 1.
