William Fogg is an American fine art illustrator and painter known for his drawings, paintings, and limited edition illustrated books. He holds a B.F.A. in Illustration from the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, CA (1979) and an M.F.A. in Fine Arts/Painting from the same institution (1988).
