Art Mends is a series that encourages mental health and wellness. Through community conversations and curated art kits created in partnership with local artists, art therapists, and community leaders, we hope to promote the importance of coping through art, building empathy, and providing access to mental health education.
Reflect and Connect invites you to create space for your personal journey through weaving together perspectives on poetry, writing, reflection, collage, and mental health.
Virtual Art Mends is a reflective mental health journey including art activities and community conversations co-facilitated by an artist and a licensed professional counselor.
