Origami Sake is Arkansas’ first and only sake brewery. With Arkansas accounting for nearly half of the rice produced in the US and Hot Springs being famous for its water, it only made sense for Origami to launch the largest domestically owned sake brewery here in 2023.
Our rice growing partners, Isbell Family Farms, are located only a few counties away from the brewery and our on-site water is naturally pH balanced and infused with minerals that are perfect for brewing award-winning craft sake.
Our flagship Thousand Cranes is a Junmai, or “pure rice” sake that has no additives with notes of cantaloupe, honeydew and pear.
Our Nigori or “hazy” sake, White Lotus, is silky smooth and vibrant with balanced sweetness, hints of citrus and pineapple.
A casual evening of food, wine, and art, Wednesdays Over Water offers a chance to enjoy a four-course selection of small-bite plates paired with different varietals of wine. Each menu is inspired by works in Crystal Bridges’ collection and exhibitions and features insightful commentary by Chef Tim and a museum curator to help you experience art and dining in a whole new way.
