Step away from the rush of the city and reconnect with the natural world around you in Urban Forest Bathing with Emmie Brenzel.

Traditionally, forest bathing—or shinrin-yoku—is a Japanese wellness practice that invites participants to slow down, engage their senses, and find restoration by immersing themselves in the quiet presence of the forest.

Urban Forest Bathing adapts this practice to the city, guiding you to notice the trees, sky, sounds, and green spaces woven into urban life. Through short meditations and reflective questions, Emmie will help you uncover calm, clarity, and connection right where you are. Come discover how even in the heart of the city, nature can restore and renew.

Free, no tickets required. Drop by anytime from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
