Find your flow in a Tai Chi Drop-In Experience with Ozark Integrative Medicine, held outdoors on the beautiful lawn of the Heartland Whole Health Institute.

Tai Chi, often called “meditation in motion,” is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that blends slow, intentional movement with breath and focus. Known to improve balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being, Tai Chi is accessible for all ages and fitness levels.

Sessions begin every 30 minutes. Stop by anytime from 1 pm to 4 pm and explore this gentle yet powerful practice at your own pace—no tickets or prior experience required.
