As an artist trained in art therapy, she is also deeply interested in the healing properties of creating and believes that art has the power to connect us to our emotions, to help us process trauma, and to foster resilience and hope. Through her personal art, teaching art, and facilitating community arts, she aims to create spaces for reflection and connection.
