Summer Camp | Art Rocks! Geology Camp (Ages 8-10)
Get ready to dig in during this hands-on summer camp where creativity meets the natural world at Crystal Bridges.
Inspired by the dazzling crystals and gems on display throughout the museum, campers will explore how artists and scientists are influenced by geology, land, and time. Throughout the week, campers will investigate rocks, minerals, and landscapes, discovering how color, texture, and pattern found in nature show up in works of art.
Campers will experiment with a variety of art materials, create geology-inspired projects, and spend time both in the galleries and outdoors connecting art to the world beneath our feet. Perfect for curious minds who love to look closely, think creatively, and uncover the beauty of art and nature working together.
