Social Dance: Swing Dance in the Great Hall

Get ready to rev up the dance floor at Social Dance: Swing Dance in the Great Hall, hosted by Aura Dance With Me Studios. Join us in the museum’s Great Hall for a feel-good evening of retro flair, classic swing rhythms, and a whole lot of fun celebrating moms.

The night kicks off at 7 p.m. with a beginner-friendly swing lesson led by Aura’s expert instructors. No partner? No problem. Dancers rotate throughout class, so come solo, bring your mom, or gather your crew. After the lesson, the floor opens for social dancing from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., with high-energy swing favorites and throwback hits to keep you moving all night long.

Aura is originally from San Salvador, El Salvador. She has been performing since the age of three, and dancing professionally for the past 25 years. Aura moved to the United States in 2006, and she has been operating in Northwest Arkansas since then. She owns Dance with Me Studio by Aura in downtown Rogers and has been recognized as the premier dance instructor and performer in the area.

She has been professionally trained by World dance champions like Louis Van Amstel from Dancing with The Stars and David Elkins. Aura dedicates most of her time to sharing her passion for dancing through local performances and teaching social dancing.
