Forest Bathing & Tea Ceremony
This event has been canceled.
Celebrate the arrival of fall and soak in the seasonal changes at Crystal Bridges with a peaceful afternoon of forest bathing!
“Forest Bathing,” or shinrin-yoku is an evidenced-based holistic practice that uses immersion in natural environments to promote health and wellness. Meet Forest Therapy Guide Emmie Brenzel in the South Lobby, then head onto the trail to enjoy a slow, interactive walk through our grounds. There will be opportunities for silence, close observation, and deep listening, along with optional discussion and sharing.
This adventure concludes with a closing tea ceremony. Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather, keeping in mind that temperatures will be cooler when seated or moving slowly.
Tickets are $30 ($24/members). Reserve your spot online or by calling Guest Services at (479) 657-2335 today.
