Join us for Second Saturdays, a fun family experience!

This month, we’re celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by focusing on Latinx artists in the museum’s collection.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.,  head down to Walker Landing for drop-in artmaking and explore a pop-up display by Ambivert Books, which also features an engaging scavenger hunt through the galleries.

Then, from 1 to 4 p.m., come explore the galleries and check out the ArtCart to learn about Cerulean by Carmen Herrera. Don’t miss the interactive storytime and performance by Más Libritos and LatinX Theatre Project in the Durand & Estes studios, and finish your visit with a themed artmaking activity.

Come and learn more about the art and experience the museum in a new way!

Free, no tickets required. Drop by anytime from 11 a.m. to 4 pm.
