Second Saturday: Book it!

Join us for Second Saturdays, a fun family program we offer each month. Book it to the museum to celebrate back to school with an exploration of all things books and reading! First, head to the galleries to experience a fun hands-on activity inspired by lithographs at the ArtCart. Then, join us in the classrooms for drop-in artmaking, where you can create your own portrait inspired by Emma Amos’ The Reader. Lastly, stop by the studio and chat with Brittany Johnson from Ambivert Books about reading bilingual books and browse a curated selection of books.
