Did you know that the best time to prepare for fruit trees is now?

Join us for this workshop led by Biodesic Strategies and learn how you can get your own bare root trees started in your backyard. We’ll explore what makes fall the perfect season for tree planting, how to prepare and plant bare root trees, and learn the benefits of an edible landscape. The program will conclude with a planting demonstration on our museum grounds.

Free, no ticket required.

Per the CDC’s updated guidelines, we are now requiring all guests ages 2 and up and staff to wear a face covering indoors and while attending outdoor programs, except while eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon entry for those who do not have one.
