In this immersive session, artist Rachel Borntrager, creator of the Soma-Line™ method, and licensed professional counselor Joi McGowan will guide participants through a calming practice that combines breathwork and watercolor painting.

You’ll begin by tuning in to your natural rhythm of breath, then learn how to translate those rhythms into simple, intuitive marks on paper. Layering watercolor washes with linework, you’ll create a personal visual “map” of your inner state, while also practicing techniques to reduce stress and support self-awareness.

No art experience is required—just a willingness to explore how creativity and mindfulness can work together to foster resilience and emotional balance.

Tickets are $25 ($20 for members), reserve your spot online or with Guest Experience at (479) 657-2335 today.
