Nature & Nurture: Forest Bathing with Ozark Forest Therapy
Slow down and reconnect with nature at Crystal Bridges during a guided forest bathing experience led by Ozark Forest Therapy.
Also known as shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice that supports physical and mental wellbeing through mindful immersion in natural environments. Each session begins with a welcome and introductions at the Campus Parking Plaza, followed by a gentle, guided walk through the North Forest. Along the way, participants will be invited into moments of quiet observation, deep listening, and sensory awareness, with optional opportunities for reflection and sharing.
The experience concludes with a closing tea ceremony, and each guest will receive a nature zine, developed in partnership with Crystal Bridges and Ozark Forest Therapy, to continue the practice beyond the guided session.
Tickets are $20 ($16 for members), reserve your spot online or by calling Guest Experience at (479) 657-2335 today.
