Let your intentions blossom into great practices this spring!

Transform your stress into mindfulness and join us for a session of guided meditation in the galleries. Led by tai chi instructor Erick Hardin, this guided walking meditation includes breath practices to give you the tools you need to find mental, physical, and emotional wellness. We will meet on the South Lawn and let our hearts and minds guide our walking meditation from there.

Whether you’re an experienced serenity-seeker or just curious about finding a little more balance, this program is beginner-friendly and open to meditators of all experience levels.

Tickets are $5 (Free for members), register online or with Guest Services at 479.657.2335 to reserve your spot today.

Health and Wellness Programs sponsored by Mindy and Bob Rich Family Foundation, Nice-Pak Products, Inc., and Northwest Arkansas Naturals.

Per the CDC’s updated guidelines, we are now requiring all guests ages 2 and up and staff to wear a face covering indoors and while attending outdoor programs, except while eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon entry for those who do not have one.
