In partnership with True Self Health and RVROX Sauna Co., come dive into an energizing ice plunge guided by wellness experts who will share the science and art of holistic health. Then, heat things up in a pop-up hot sauna, bringing the perfect balance of fire and ice to your equinox reset.
Ground yourself with a powerful breathwork demonstration led by Dr. Justin Ternes, PT, designed to elevate your energy and calm your mind. Whether you take the plunge, sweat it out in the sauna, or cheer from the sidelines, this unique event invites you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the balance of mind, body, and breath on a day that celebrates renewal and new beginnings.
Tickets are $20 and available through True Self Health.
Event is located near parking lot just above the Skyspace at NE 5th St, Bentonville, AR 72712. Please bring a towel, change of clothes, and anything you need to feel comfortable.
Alongside this experience, join us in the SkySpace for a Deep Listening Club—an immersive moment of reflection and connection under the shifting light of the equinox sky, hosted in partnership with KOBV.
