Drop-In Tour: Mindfulness & Breathwork in the Galleries
Presented as part of our Art & Wellness Festival, Mindfulness & Breathwork in the Galleries invites visitors to slow down and experience art through breath, presence, and reflection.
Using simple breathwork, mindful looking, and gentle drawing, participants explore how shape, color, and space can mirror the body’s natural rhythms.
The emphasis is not on interpreting but on noticing—how the work makes us feel as much as what we see. The program is accessible to all, whether new to mindfulness or experienced, and offers practical ways to pause, regulate, and reconnect. Guests leave with a few take-home practices and a renewed sense of connection to art, themselves, and the community around them.
Free, no tickets required.
