The seventh biennial symposium of the Association of Historians of American Art will bring together American art enthusiasts from across the country and around the world for two days of talks, panels, and workshops. Topics are broad and include Material Histories, Museum Case Studies on Decentering, Hemispheric Perspectives on American art, and Art and Empire—to name just a few. The symposium is jointly hosted by Crystal Bridges and The School of Art at the University of Arkansas.
