Stephani Jungmeyer, a University of Arkansas alum, has been practicing yoga since her early twenties. In 2007, she made a life-changing decision to leave her career as an attorney and got her 200-hour RYT certification and began teaching yoga. She founded and opened Trailside Yoga in 2014. She has continued her yoga education, getting her 500-hour RYT, and advanced certifications in meditation, yin yoga, and power yoga. In 2020, she founded the Trailside Yoga School, where she leads yoga teacher trainings. She has worked with various Greek houses at the U of A, the UA Athletic Department, the UA Law School, and several divisions within the UA to lead yoga, meditation and breathwork classes on campus. Stephani’s primary focus is teaching people to use the tools of yoga (movement, meditation, and breathwork) on the mat in class and off the mat in their daily lives for personal growth and transformation.
