Transform your stress into mindfulness and join us for a session of guided meditation in the galleries. Led by guest instructor Stephani Jungmeyer of Trailside Yoga, you’ll get step-by-step guidance to give you the tools you need to find mental, physical, and emotional wellness as we reflect on selected works in the galleries and deeply connect with ourselves and art.

Whether you’re an experienced serenity-seeker or just curious about finding a little more balance, this program is beginner-friendly and open to meditators of all experience levels.

Tickets are $8 ($5 for members), reserve your spot online or with Guest Services at (479) 657-2335 today.

About the Instructor

Stephani Jungmeyer, a University of Arkansas alum, has been practicing yoga since her early twenties. In 2007, she made a life-changing decision to leave her career as an attorney and got her 200-hour RYT certification and began teaching yoga. She founded and opened Trailside Yoga in 2014. She has continued her yoga education, getting her 500-hour RYT, and advanced certifications in meditation, yin yoga, and power yoga. In 2020, she founded the Trailside Yoga School, where she leads yoga teacher trainings. She has worked with various Greek houses at the U of A, the UA Athletic Department, the UA Law School, and several divisions within the UA to lead yoga, meditation and breathwork classes on campus. Stephani’s primary focus is teaching people to use the tools of yoga (movement, meditation, and breathwork) on the mat in class and off the mat in their daily lives for personal growth and transformation.
