I’m Tia Marie, a 200hr Trauma Informed RYT and Yin Yoga RYT.
Wild Flora Yoga came into fruition when I would go to classes and I couldn’t quite find one that felt like home. So I decided to facilitate healing in my own way: giving people back their power and making it on their terms, the main focus being sound baths, meditation and Yin movement. Yin is a restorative floor based practice for any body, any age, any skill level. Suggested long-held poses with variations are made available to you so that you find that comfort in your body. It’s not an aesthetic practice. This is made to promote internal reflection and help our bodies release what no longer serves us. It is my passion. It is truly what I was put here on this Earth to teach. I’m here as your guide, everything is always on your terms and about your personal journey.
Come create something wild and free with me.
