Join us February 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a professional development session centered on using art in curriculum development.
Come meet museum educators and local award-winning teachers as we explore how to create curriculum materials that include object-based learning, and see for yourself just how much art can enhance traditional teaching methods.
You’ll spend time in the galleries and classrooms getting hands-on experience in building lessons and activities that use art objects to inspire deep observation and critical thinking. Teachers of all disciplines and all grade levels are welcome and will earn 3 hours of professional development credit.
Tickets are $15 ($12 for members), reserve your spot online or with Guest Services at (479) 657-2335 today.
