Update, 5/31/19: All five Chihuly artworks have been installed and are available for viewing.
Crystal Bridges recently acquired five artworks seen in the popular 2017 exhibition Chihuly: In the Gallery + In the Forest. All five artworks, created by Dale Chihuly, are currently being installed throughout the museum and grounds and will be on display beginning this summer.
“I am honored that my work will be included in the permanent collection of this important American institution,” said artist Dale Chihuly. “The museum, designed by architect Moshe Safdie, and the surrounding natural environment are wonderful settings in which to experience the work of American artists, and I am proud to be featured among them.”
