Tsa Nish: Mr. Moon Origin Story

“Tsa Nish: Mr. Moon Origin Story tells the story of Mr. Moon guiding the Caddo people up out of the ground with squash being handed up. This piece uses the phrase from the Star Wars movies ‘that’s no moon’ as a conjunction with the Indigenous Futurism movement to show that Caddo Art and Native art is Pop art too, and it very importantly reaches a larger audience to teach and educate people about our cultural identity.”
