Staring straight ahead, Mokgosi depicts himself as ever watchful. His stoic expression is further emphasized by the strength in his gaze, one that is unwavering and only subtly interrupted by the glare of his glasses. Mokgosi challenges his audiences to “figure out how to emphasize and look at something from a position that’s not theirs.”
