Sole d'Oro
Sole d’Oro, or “Golden Sun,” contains more than 1,300 hand-blown pieces of glass and weighs more than 5,000 pounds. For this sculpture, which was created for Crystal Bridges, the artist chose a subtle, yet brilliant palette of golden and clear glass forms to capture and reflect the natural light of the Ozark forest
