Join Museum Educator Olivia Gutierrez for a discussion about the painting Indians of Virginia by James Wooldridge. Gutierrez will help us explore the history of the images within the painting, the artist who originally created the images, who copied the images, and what purpose the images served.

Olivia Gutierrez is the museum educator of Adult Public Programs at Crystal Bridges and is in charge of in-gallery programs. She holds a master’s of art in art history in which she focused on the visual cultures of the Americas.
