Virtual Art by the Glass » Photo Embroidery
Bring new life to an old photograph or postcard by learning to embellish it with simple embroidery stitches. In conjunction with our current exhibition Crafting America, join us for a digital evening of at-home artmaking for adults in our Virtual Art by the Glass event, with step-by-step instruction from local artist Jan Dollins Waldon. Relax, pour yourself a drink, and connect virtually as you’re guided through introductory embroidery techniques inspired by Waldon’s series Amended Memories: The Covid Collection. No sewing experience is necessary; just bring your imagination and a playful spirit.

-Embroidery Floss or Thread
