Join us for a virtual professional development session with Raven Cook, associate museum educator for outreach and community tours. The Underground Railroad is one of the most recognized historical initiatives in American history. In considering artist Robert S. Duncanson‘s work, we will explore the narratives behind the Underground Railroad and new approaches to educate students on its history. Let’s explore the past, consider the present, and imagine the future through African American artworks and literature. One hour of PD credit available.
