Legendary Studio Ghibli cofounder Isao Takahata transformed a traditional Japanese folk-tale into this beautiful, hand-drawn animated film that follows the story of a magical girl found inside a stalk of bamboo.

Family Adventure Drawing – 1 pm

Ready, set, draw! Follow a guide throughout the galleries and draw the art you see along the way. The tour will end in the newly re-designed Early American Art Galleries!

Sketchbooks and pencils are provided.
