Rev. Sekou and his band perform a concert to rally people to vote and participate in democracy as we prepare for the Arkansas Primary in March. Raised in the rural Arkansas Delta. Rev. Sekou’s music is a unique combination of Arkansas Delta Blues, Memphis Soul 1970s funk, and Gospel. Rev. Sekou is a popular guest on the NPR Tiny Desk Concert series and is a noted activist, theologian, author, documentary filmmaker, and musician.
Join Rev. Sekou following day on Saturday, February 29 to kick off a series of Town Hall sessions engaging the community in civic discussion on the Four Freedoms: Freedom of Speech, Worship, Want and Fea
