Gallery Conversation » Book Chats in Personal Space

Taking inspiration from the focus exhibition, Personal Space, grab your favorite book from home and join us for this special talk about personal reads. We’ll kick off the talk reading selections from three featured books in the exhibition: A Very Easy Death by Simone de Beauvoir, Every Tongue Got to Confess: Negro Folktales from the Gulf States by Zora Neale Hurston, and Historia de Gloria: Amor, Humor, and Desamor by Gloria Fuertes. Followed by an opportunity for you to share from one of your favorites. Kentrell Curry, Associate Museum Educator, will facilitate the reading experience.

Free, no registration required.
