Featured Artisan Demonstration and Sale » Perrion Hurd
Join us in the Museum Courtyard for a printmaking demonstration with Little Rock based artist Perrion Hurd. Guests will have the opportunity to try their hand at making a print with pre-cut linoleum blocks.
Hurd’s hand-printed pieces emphasize the human figure, while his subject matter revolves around his love of music and geometric shapes with strong lines and bold colors. Hurd has developed a visual narrative that combines multiple visions: philosophy, mythology, and science, fleshed out with a colorful splash of Memphis Blues.
