Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art will be closed Monday, May 13, to prepare for the visit of Antiques Roadshow. We will return to normal hours of operation Wednesday, May 15.

What if we told you recycling can be beautiful?

During this workshop with environmental artist Eloa Jane, guests will create their own recycled paper representation of an artwork from the Crystal Bridges collection. She will demonstrate how she turns paper into the building blocks of her work—and how you can do it, too. Through coiling and weaving, Eloa Jane will guide guests on a two-hour journey into textures and colors. Each guest will take home their own paper relief sculpture, as well as the skills to turn refuse into art. One glass of wine or beer is provided along with light appetizers for all participants.

Per CDC’s updated guidelines, we are now requiring all guests ages 2 and up and staff to wear a face covering indoors and while attending outdoor programs, except while eating or drinking. Masks will be available upon entry for those who do not have one. Guests may remove their face covering to eat or drink, and will be socially distanced from guests not in their party.
