Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art will be closed Monday, May 13, to prepare for the visit of Antiques Roadshow. We will return to normal hours of operation Wednesday, May 15.

Give your students a live art encounter—all from your own classroom!

Join us for a live, 30-minute virtual tour of the museum collection, perfect for kids in traditional, virtual, and homeschool classrooms alike. Led by a museum educator, you and your students will get a guided look at works that highlight a chosen facet of the art world.

This week, we’re looking at abstract art, innovation, and interpretation. Abstract Expressionism focuses more on shapes, colors, and the feelings they express than the literal depiction of a subject. Together, we’ll explore how abstract art is interpreted differently by everyone who sees it.

Perfect for students in grades 6 through 8, this tour is an easy, accessible way to help your kids discover more about art.

Free, tickets required. Reserve your spot online or with Guest Services at (479) 657-2335 today.
