Eleven Mulled Wine
Makes 2 quarts Ingredients
2 bottles red wine (cabernet sauvignon)
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup brandy (optional)
1 orange, juiced and zested
3 cinnamon chunks
2 star anise
6 whole cloves
2 cardamom pod
2 tsp. whole all spice
1 tbsp. crystallized ginger
1-2 tablespoons honey (depending on the sweetness of your wine)

cinnamon sticks
